Growth in Iron

Direct Sand Carve Iron Poured Sculpture 18x7x7 inches. I created an abstract piece by carving out the negative space in a three part sand block. Poured 48 pounds of Iron in to create this piece. It was an exploration of a direct carve technique. This piece is my first piece to be selected for Exhibit by the Mid-south Sculpture Alliance for their Tiny Monuments Exhibit during their Confab conference October 5-7th 2023
